Job Overview
Shamrock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee major and complex loss insurance projects across Brisbane.
This role is ideal for a hands on leader who excels in managing multiple projects, coordinating trades, and ensuring high quality workmanship. You’ll play a key role in managing end to end insurance repairs, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and delivering safe, timely, and cost effective results.

What will you be doing?
Key tasks of this role include:
- Manage the delivery of major and complex loss construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure high quality workmanship and on time delivery
- Liaise with clients, insurers, assessors, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly
- Monitor and report on job progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Proactively resolve any site issues or delays that may arise
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of new supervisors as required
What do you need?
- Demonstrated experience supervising major loss projects within the insurance building industry
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or a Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management preferred
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk mitigation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and construction management software
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
