What will you be doing?
Key tasks of this role include:
- Lead and manage major loss and complex insurance projects, ensuring effective execution from estimation to completion.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering strong client relationships, particularly within the Loss Adjusting sector.
- Oversee project estimates, cost control, and ensure compliance with KPIs, while maintaining financial oversight of high-value claims.
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, including insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors, while acting as an escalation point for disputes.
- Represent the company at industry events, contribute to strategic planning, and provide input on budgeting and resource allocation for major projects.
What do you need?
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.
- Proven experience managing major loss and complex insurance projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance building procedures, including claims assessment and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, workflow systems, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
