Shamrock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee major and complex loss insurance building projects across Adelaide.
This role is ideal for a hands-on and highly organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordinating large-scale projects, and ensures quality outcomes at every stage of the build.
You’ll play a key role in managing end-to-end insurance repairs, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and delivering safe, timely, and cost-effective results.

What will you be doing?
Key tasks of this role include:
- Manage the delivery of major and complex loss construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery
- Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and all other stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly
- Monitor and report on job progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Proactively resolve any site issues or delays that may arise
What do you need?
- Demonstrated experience supervising major loss projects within the insurance building industry
- Relevant trade qualifications and or a Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management preferred
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk mitigation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
